正交偶极子声波测井仪器接收换能器筛选分析

摘    要:正交偶极子阵列声波测井仪器通常有8组或更多组接收探头,每个接收探头分别由4个结构相同的压电换能器组成,压电换能器阻抗特性参数的一致性将直接影响仪器的性能,对接收换能器进行测试、筛选和配对等是制造和维修仪器声系的一个重要环节。阻抗分析仪常用于测量压电换能器的阻抗特性参数,选择阻抗特性参数相同或者相近的压电换能器组装仪器,可以保证仪器各个接收探头具有较好的一致性,对于提高仪器性能具有重要意义。

Analysis of filtrating receiver transducer of cross dipole acoustic logging tool

Abstract:A cross dipole array acoustic logging tool usually has 8 or more groups of the receiving transducers.Each the re-ceiving transducer consists of 4 identical structure piezoelectric transducer.Impedance parameters consistency of pie-zoelectric transducer will directly affect the performance of the instrument.The testing,filtrating and pairing of receiving transducer is an important part of the manufacturing and repairing of the equipment.Impedance analyzer is used to me-asure the piezoelectric transducer’s impedance characteristic parameters.Selection of the piezoelectric transducer as-sembly apparatus with the same or similar impedance parameters can guarantee the consistency among each receiving transducer,thus improving the performance of the instrument.
