选择合适的工艺路线发展我国腈纶

摘    要:简述了我国腈纶的现状及发展趋势,对比分析了腈纶生产的工艺路线。指出必须采用合适的工艺路线来发展我国腈纶,用国产腈纶取代进口产品,同时还要积极发展各种差别化腈纶产品以满足下游产业的需求,整体提升腈纶产业链。建议选用硫氰酸钠二步法及二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)二步法腈纶工艺。DMAC二步法工艺排污量少、生产成本低,更适合我国腈纶工业的发展。

Abstract:A summary of current situation and further development of China's acrylic fiber was given. It was put forward that China has to develop domestic acrylic fiber instead of imported ones via suitable production technology and speed up the development of China's acrylic differential fiber meeting various requirements of downstream industry so as to upgrade the integral acrylic fiber product chain. Sodium thiocyanate(NaSCN) and dimethylacetamide (DMAC) two-step process technologies were regarded as reasonable choices to produce acrylic fibers. DMAC two-step process which produced less sewerage and lower cost was the most preferable process for China acrylic fiber development.
