| 摘 要： | 防城河流域属中小流域，上游位于十万大山暴雨中心区，河床坡降较陡，具有典型的山区河流特性；下游为感潮河段，潮汐河流特征较明显，流域洪水特性比较复杂。为此，结合历次典型洪水，对防城河流域的洪水成因和特征进行了分析，并提出相应防洪对策。

| Abstract: | Fangcheng river basin is a middle-small-scale river basin. Its upper reach falls in the center area of rainstorm of Shiwandashan mountain area and has typical characteristics of mountain stream with relatively steep river bed slope. Its lower reach is of tidal section with relatively distinct characteristics of tidal stream. The flood characteristics of this river basin is fairly complicated. Based on the data of typical historical floods, genetic and characteristic analysis is made for the floods of Fangcheng river basin, corresponding flood control countermeasures are also put forward. |
