新型绝缘构件和铁碳复合导电头在铁合金电炉上的应用

摘    要:介绍了新型绝缘构件、铁碳复合导电头的结构和性能 ,及其在生产中的使用效果。指出该新型绝缘构件具有耐高温、强度好、绝缘可靠、使用寿命长等优点。用它代替铁合金电炉原使用的云母绝缘结构 ,可大大减少备品备件消耗及维修工作量 ;铁碳复合导电头以耐高温热固化导体材料作填充料 ,用它替代铁合金精炼电炉常用的铜头 ,其使用寿命可延长5~10倍。

Abstract:The paper introduces the construction and performance of new type insulation structure and composite iron carbon conductive head as well as the result of operation.It points out that this new type insulation structure has advantages of high temperature,good strength and insulating ability,long service life etc.Instead of original mica insulation in ferroalloy electric furnace,it can greatly reduce consumption of spare parts and amount of maintenance work;composite iron carbon conductive head takes solidified high temperature conductor as packing material ,and it can prolong 5 to 10 times service life of copper head usually used in fining furnace.
