| Abstract: | In this paper, the strategic andthe practical significances ofthe Intemet ofThing （IOT） for telecommunication opera- tors are analysised. Based on the discussion over the role and the value of the telecommunication operator in the IOT industrial chain and the difficulties and challenges that IOT industry faced, the practical the policy recommendations for telecom operator taking the opportunities to develop IOT network are presented. |
