摘    要:为弥补路况有线视频监控的盲区,对现有路况视频方案进行了调查,分析了造成监控盲区的原因,针对有线视频监控的布设困难、范围有限等局限性,提出了基于WLAN视频监控系统的设计方案.描述了系统的构成,阐述了车载单元与路侧单元的功能,讨论了用于解决无线视频监控的UDP Lite的交叉、H.264图像的错误恢复、流量与带宽控制等技术,分析了试验结果,并对系统的进一步拓展应用进行了展望.
