La和Y掺杂对BaTiO3基PTC陶瓷性能的影响

摘    要:采用低温固相反应法(800℃)合成了一系列纳米掺杂BaTiO3基PTC瓷粉。经XRD分析,产品为立方晶系的完全互溶取代固溶体。分别研究了La和Y双施主掺杂以及烧结条件对材料PTC性能的影响,实验表明,以La和Y进行双施主掺杂可使材料的室温电阻进一步降低,升阻比提高。通过合理地调整双施主的相对含量,优化烧结制度,制备出了室温电阻为14.25?,升阻比达3.7×104的PTCR材料。

Abstract:A series of doped BaTiO3-based PTC ceramic powders were synthesized by solid-state reaction at low temperature.The result show that the compounds of cubic perovskite structure are mutually miscible in the solid solutions through by XRD patterns.The influence of the La and Y relative concentration and sintering conditions were studied respectively.It is found that R25 can reduce further and the ratio of Rmax/Rmin and temperature coefficient of resistance α can increase by doping double donor La and Y.As indicated by results,the R25 is 14.25 ? and ratio of Rmax/Rmin is 3.7×104 respectively by adjusting the relative concentration of La and Y under optimal sintering conditions.
