摘    要:利用Janus颗粒改性聚酯织物表面,使其具有拒水性。Janus颗粒的亲水部分与聚酯活性表面结合,Janus颗粒的疏水部分赋予其拒水性。研究了改性聚酯表面的润湿性和表面形态,发现随着Janus颗粒浓度的提高,改性的织物表面显示出较大的水接触角和较小的倾斜角。由表面形态还注意到,Janus颗粒浓度较高时,会像山莓般聚集到改性长丝表面,对织物拒水性有影响。最后,试验证明了Janus颗粒质量分数为20%时对拒水纺织品的设计非常有效。

Water-repellent finish on polyester with Janus particles

Abstract:A polyester fabric surface was modified with Janus particles for water-repellency property. The hydrophilic part of the Janus particles bonded to the activated polyester surface and the hydrophobic part of the Janus gave water-repellency property. The wetting and morphology properties of the modified polyester surface were investigated. It was found that with the increase of concentration of Janus particles, the modified surface showed a higher water contact angle and a lower tilt angle. From the surface morphology it was also noted that a higher concentration of Janus particles gave raspberry-like aggregations to the modified filament surface which is effective for water-repellency property. Finally, it was demonstrated that 20 wt% of Janus particles is very efficient for the design of water-repellent textiles.
