摘    要:介绍了一起220 kV组合式高压电器(HGIS)设备出现少见的电流互感器变比误差的案例:设备安装上线后验收测试的变比为2 500/1及5 000/1,而卸载后设备单体测试结果为正常的2 000/1和4 000/1。分析了该设备的结构、原理和隐蔽设计缺陷,提出了解决方案,并对降低设计失误、提高工程调试和验收质量提出了建议。

Abstract:A rare case that a new current transformer of a hybrid gas insulated switchgear (HGIS) equipment subject to transformation-ratio error is introduced. The measured ratios of the HGIS equipment are 2 500/1 and 5 000/1 during receptance tests, but changed back to standard 2 000/1 and 4 000/1 after it is un-installed. Analyzing the structure, principle and hidden design flaws of the equipment, this paper proposes solutions to overcome the flaws, and suggestions for reducing such design faults and improving the quality of commissioning and acceptance test.
