| Abstract: | Making full use of favorable location close to Hong Kong,Shenzhen borrowed management experience from Hong Kong and also made its own exploration and innovation in the institutional reform of statutory planning.After nearly 20 years’ development,the institutional structure has gradually established,including open decision-making process,joint implementation and dynamic maintenance.All of these have laid a solid foundation for the urban planning administration in accordance with the law. |
