摘    要:分析了现有的攻丝夹具在进行小直径通孔或盲孔攻丝时存在的弊端或不足,并提出了相应的解决方案。开发了一种能够在台钻、摇臂钻床、钻铣床和车床上使用的安全快速的机动攻丝夹具,并介绍了其结构组成、工作原理和特点。

Abstract:In this paper,the drawbacks or shortcomings in existing fixtures making small diameter holes or blind holes are analyzed,the corresponding solutions are proposed,and a safe and rapid tapping clamp which can be used on bench drill,radial drill,drilling and milling machine and lathe is developed.Its structure,working principle and characteristics are described.
