纳米稀土复合超强酸催化合成水杨酸戊酯

摘    要:以纳米稀土复合超强酸La3+/SO42-/TiO2为催化剂,通过水杨酸和戊醇反应合成水杨酸戊酯,研究了有关因素对酯化率的影响,实验结果表明,在酸醇物质的量比为1∶2,催化剂用量为12%,甲苯8 mL,反应时间2 h,反应温度130~140℃的条件下,水杨酸酯化率可达95.2%。

Abstract:Amyl salicylate was synthesized from salicylic acid and amyl alcohol with nano - scale rare earth complex super acid La3+/SO4^2-/TiO2 as catalyst, and effect on the esterification was studied. Result showed that the esterification rate of salicylic acid was up to 95.2% when molar ratio of salicylic acid to amyl alcohol was 1 : 2, usage of catalyst was 12%, toluene of 8 mL, and reaction at 130 - 140℃ for 2 h.
