| 摘 要： | 使用UG对零件数模进行了工艺补充面设计,利用动态显式软件Dynaform对门内板拉伸成形进行了数值模拟研究;并根据模拟结果,分析了引起零件缺陷的原因,提出了工艺模具的优化方案.

| Abstract: | According to the numerical model of the parts with UG software,the binder surface is designed, by the FEM software Dynaform,the drawing forming for the automobile inner doorsheet is simulated. According to the results, the reasons to the defects of the parts are analyzed,the forming process and the structure of the die are improved. |
