摘    要:结合虚拟仪器技术和网络技术,以多功能转子试验台为监测对象,开发了基于LabVIEW的网络化转子监测系统.系统实现了实时数据采集、信号分析处理、结果显示和数据存储、报警等功能.为大型旋转机械的在线监测系统的开发提供了理论和技术.

Abstract:With multifunction rotor test bed as monitoring object and by using virtual instrument technology and network technology, a rotor monitoring network system based on LabVlEW is designed in this paper. The monitoring system has accomplished the multichannel data acquisition of rotor, such as motor speed, vibration and noise data using sensors. The results show that the monitoring system realizes many functions, such as data acquisition, signal analysis and processing, measurement result display, data storage, autoalarm. It gives the base of the online monitoring system research of large revolving machines.
