纸基蜂窝芯材料磁场和摩擦吸附固持加工中铁粉填充优化方法的研究

摘    要:针对纸基蜂窝芯材料磁场和摩擦吸附固持加工方法中铁粉填充效率较低的问题,提出一种优化的铁粉填充方法。利用有限元分析软件对蜂窝芯材料的力学性能进行分析计算,确定出正六边形区域划分边界的最大外接圆以及边界处的节点反力;通过实验测定铁粉填充孔格数、铁粉填充高度与摩擦力的关系;根据实验结果确定铁粉填充高度和填充孔格数。采用优化的铁粉填充方法可以减少70%的铁粉填充量,提高铁粉的填充效率。

Abstract:With regard to the low efficiency of iron powder injection in magnetic field and friction clamping of NRH honeycomb, an injecting-optimization was presented. In this optimization, finite element method was used to analyze the mechanics properties of honeycomb. As a result, the maximal hexagon circumcircle diameter of region segmentation and nodal reactive forces of region boundary were deduced. Then the relationships between friction force and height and lattice quantity of iron powder injection were concluded from the experimental results. Consequently, the height and lattice quantity were confirmed. Using the optimization, 70% lattices, which should be injected previously, are reduced and injecting efficiency is improved.
