| 摘 要： | 为适应我国供水事业现代化发展的要求,建设自动化供水站,实现供水管理现代化,在智能化供水方面进行了研究,相应地设计了一种以西门子S7-200系列PLC为核心的智能供水控制系统;使用VB6.0编程软件,在Windows环境下实现了上位计算机与PLC的串行通信,供水系统采用变频调速的恒压供水方式,并以专家控制方式对整个供水系统的运行状态进行实时监控;采用该方法设计的供水控制系统满足了现代化供水要求,可实现供水过程中24h无人值守(班),并成功应用于生活供水中.

| Abstract: | In order to adapt the modernized development of water supply industry in our country and build automatie supply station for water management modernization, intelligent water supply system is studied. This intelligent water supply system based on PLC of Siemens S7-200 series is designed by using VB6.0 programming software that aehieves the eommunieations between position maehine and PLC in Windows environment. The system use eonstant pressure water supply of frequeney eonversion speed adjustment and apply expert eontrol mode to monitor running status of the overall system in real time, so that it may satisfy the requirements of modernized water supply and realize 24-hour nobody duty in the process of water supply. At present, the system is sueeessfully applied in life water supply. |
