| Abstract: | The lower level of interns work loyalty is due to their differences from the regular employees.Based on an analysis on the intern management of three enterprises,the paper suggests improving the work loyalty of interns through fixing the posts and defining personnel quota,enhancing human resource planning and strengthening cultural construction. |
