高职生顶岗实习中存在的问题与对策

工学结合背景下,如何加强对高职生的顶岗实习管理工作,培养受企业欢迎的高端技能人才,已成为当前的重要课题。通过召开毕业生座谈会、对毕业生进行问卷调查等手段,准确把握他们在企业的顶岗实习情况和对学校管理工作的意见和建议,提出通过推进校企对接,增加实习和实践教学环节比例,加强校外实习质量监控,改革毕业生论文工作,加强就业教育等途径,进一步提高高职生顶岗实习的质量。

Problems in Post Practical Learning of Higher Vocational College Students and the Solutions

It has become a most significant task to strengthen the management of the post practical learning of higher vocational college students so as to cultivate highly qualified and skilled talents popular with enterprises.Based on a thorough understanding of students＇ post practical learning situations in enterprises and their advice and suggestions on the management on the part of college,which are collected by means of symposia and questionnaire,the paper,for the purpose of further improving the quality of students＇ post practical learning,proposed suggestions of promoting college-enterprise cooperation,increasing the proportion of practical learning and teaching,enhancing the quality monitoring of off-campus practical learning,reforming graduate theses management and strengthening employment education
