纳米SiOx/LDPE复合材料电导机理的研究

摘    要:以双溶液共混的方法制备了不同浓度的纳米SiOx/LDPE聚合物复合材料,并利用x射线衍射(XRD)对复合材料的结晶形态进行了测量。测量结果表明,纳米SiOx粒子的添加,使低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)的晶粒尺寸变小、结晶度变大。利用微电流计对不同浓度的纳米SiOx/LDPE聚合物复合材料在293-353K的温度范围内进行电导测量。结合计算机曲线拟舍技术,对空间电荷限制电流、肖特基效应、普尔.弗兰凯尔效应、离子跳跃电导模型进行了研究。研究表明,纯LDPE的电导模型以空间电荷限制电流为主,纳米SiOx/LDPE复合材料的电导以离子跳跃电导为主,并且其跳跃距离随温度的增加而增加。

Abstract:Molecular structure and morphology of a composite of low-density-polyethylene (LDPE) and nano-SiO_x prepared by the method of double-solution mixture were studied by X-ray Diffraction(XRD).It can been seen that the degree of crystallization increases,and the size of crystal become small,when the nano-SiO_x particles are added in LDPE.High-electric-field conduction in the composites was investigated in the range of 293~353 K.In order to find out the mechanism of high field conduction in nano-SiO_x/LDPE,Schottky effect,Poole-Frenkel effect,space-charge-limited conduction(SCLC),and ion hoppingconduction are studied.It is pointed out that space-charge-limited conduction fits well for pure LDPE.Both Schottky effect and Poole-Frenkel effect do not fit well for all of the samples.Ion hopping conduction fits for the composite of LDPE/nano-SiO_x,and the hopping distances of the composite increases with increasing temperature.
