大型设备现场开孔放样新技术

摘    要:在石油化工设备生产制造中经常要进行开孔放样,文章以大连石化350万t/a催化裂化装置再生器为例,以常规投影展开放样理论为基础,详细介绍简易划规法、数学模型法和AutoCAD作图放样法等开孔放样新技术,并对这几种方法的优缺点和适用范围进行分析。实践证明,这几种开孔放样方法不仅简便实用,而且计算、放样精度高,显著提高了施工效率,具有一定的推广意义。

Abstract:On the basis of the theory of conventional projection expandedness and by taking the regenerator of catalytic cracking equipment at Dalian Petro-chemical Company as an example, this paper introduces in detail the new methods such as facile draw gauge, mathematical modeling, AutoCAD graphic lofting. Also it analyzes the advantages and shortcomings of these methods as well as their applicable scopes.
