| 摘 要： | 对外直接投资是发展外向型经济的主要途径之一,是经济全球化不可逆转的趋势。目前,我国企业的对外直接投资活动日益活跃。对我国企业对外直接投资的理论依据和竞争优势进行了论述,并结合我国企业对外直接投资的现状,探讨了加快我国企业对外直接投资的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | International direct investment is one of the major ways to develop export-oriented economy and is an irreversible trend of economic globalization. The present International direct investment of Chinese enterprises is becoming more active. The theory foundation and competition advantage of Chinese enterprise direct investment are discussed. The countermeasures and suggestions of speeding up Chinese enterprise direct investment are probed based on the present situation of international direct investment. |
