电子版焊接CCT图的制作与应用

钢的焊接CCT图，是正确选择焊接材料、确定最佳焊接工艺、消除焊接裂纹、制订焊后热处理规范的重要依据。本文介绍的系统将图在AutoCAD平台下制作成图形块，根据具体情况可实现两种方法调用，第一在AutoCAD环境下直接调用；第二利用ActlveX Automation技术。通过Visual Baslc进行调用，并同时将焊接CCT数据建立数据库，实现数据库动态添加。通过调用焊接CCT图可以预测焊缝组织和性能，实现焊接工艺优化。

Making and Application of Electronic Welding CCT Diagrams

Welding CCT diagrams of steels are the basic to select welding material, determine the optimum welding technology, relieve welding cracks and lay down standard of past heat treatment. The system we studied combines CAD and welding techniques in the article, the welding CCT diagrams are made into drawing blocks at the platform of AutoCAD, they are applied by two methods, one is to be directly applied based on AutoCAD; the other is to be applied by Visual Basic, using Active Automation techniques, and data of welding CCT are made into database, we can dynamic add the database. We can forecast the weld structure and mechanical properties according to data base on welding CCT-diagrams, optimize welding technology.
