ICP-MS测定高纯金中的杂质元素

摘    要:建立了一种高纯金中36种杂质元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱测定方法,通过加入内标元素Sc、Cs和Re,以及采用加入校正的方式,有效地补偿了测定中的基体效应。仪器检测限为0.000 4-0.123 1μg/mL,方法检测限为0.2-2.0μg/g,加入标准物质的回收率为91%~117%,分析精密度为0.35%-4.80%。

Abstract:The method of inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry for the determination of 36 inpurity elements in high-purty gold is studied.With Sc,Cs and Re as internal standard elements and the correction method of standard additions,the interference of the matrix effects could be corrected effectively.The determination limit of spectrometry is 0.000 4~0.123 1μg/mL.The determination limit of the method is 0.2~2.0μg/g.The recoveries of standard elements are 91%~117%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD) is between 0.35%~4.80%.
