| Abstract: | The disaster prevention and mitigation is an important content of urban planning. Most of disaster's sort and characteristic of oil cities are generaly related to those problems on the life-line engineering network system's safety and existence. During placing and constructing oil cities, it is necessary to study and apply the countermedsure on disaster mitigation and prevention with the combination of theorg and practice. |
