进口P110EU油管粘扣原因分析及试验研究

摘    要:对某井在完井作业过程中进口φ73.0 mm×5.51 mm P110EU油管粘扣事故进行了调查研究,宏观分析了油管粘扣形貌,检查了库存油管螺纹接头,对粘扣的油管接头工厂端进行了上、卸扣试验。调查研究和试验分析结果表明:油管本身抗粘扣性能符合标准要求,油管粘扣原因主要与背钳夹持位置不当、且没有引扣有关。

Abstract:Galling accident of imported 73.0mm×5.51mm P110 EU tubing took place during completion operation in one well.A thorough investigation on tubing galling accident was made,analyzing the tubing galling morphology,and inspecting new tubing joints in storage,and making-up and breaking-out tests for mill end of the tubing connection in which its field end was galling was carried out.It is shown from investigation and test analysis results that tubing capability
