摘    要:利用TEM,对微合金化的X-60钢母材及模拟粗晶区中第二相粒子的形态、数量及物相进行了研究.结果表明,母材中第二相粒子的形状不规则,经热循环后变为方形,且粒子的数量显著减少、尺寸增大、粒子的成分亦发生显著变化.分析表明,t

Abstract:By using carbon extraction replica technology, particles in Ti Nb V microalloyed X 60 steel and its HAZ were investigated. Experiment results and analysis show that the particles in the steel change from irregular shape to cubicle one after thermal cycle. And t 8/5 has a great effect on the chemical composition, mean size and number per unit area of the particles after weld thermal cycle. When t 8/5 change from 10 s to 45 s, all particles remain rich in Ti, the mean size increases and the number per unit area decreases, indicating that no re precipitation occurs. When t 8/5 changes from 45 s to 120 s, particles rich in Nb V appear, the mean size decreases and the number per unit area increases, indicating that re precipitation occurs in case of large t 8/5 .
