楔横轧非对称轴类件有限元模型分析

摘    要:楔横轧单件轧制非对称轴类件存在轴向力和切向力不平衡问题。在楔横轧非对称轧制中,不平衡轴向力和切向力的测量是解决轧件轴向窜动和轧件扭曲等问题的关键。文章采用DEFORM-3D有限元软件,利用模具分割方法建立的模型得到了不平衡轴向力和切向力。该方法建立的有限元模型,为研究楔横轧各个变形区的成形特征奠定了基础,对进一步研究楔横轧理论具有积极意义。
