| 摘 要： | 针对某液压系统的液压回路功能测试问题，提出了一种通过操作面板控制液压系统自动执行回路测试的方法，介绍了在可编程控制器上测试程序的编写和如何为操作面板组态项目．重点叙述了在操作面板上控制测试程序执行的实现方法。

| Abstract: | According to the problem of hydraulic pressure circuit function testing,this paper cites a method which makes the hydraulic system execute the function testing by operating OP, and introduces how to compile the PLC program and configure the OP project, especially explain the realization of letting PLC execute the testing program in OP. |
