| 摘 要： | BOT是国际上出现的一种新的融资与项目管理模式。分析了BOT项目的风险来源及构成 ,将模糊数学方法与AHP(层次分析法 )相结合 ,建立了模糊层次综合评判模型并用于对BOT项目风险评估的研究 ,为BOT项目风险辨识、估计和评价提供了一种主客观相结合的分析方法。

| Abstract: | BOT(Build-Operate-Transfer) is a modern project-financing pattern in the world. On the base of analysis of the venture resource and structure in BOT projects, fuzzy math and the theory of AHP are combined to set forward a fuzzy overall evaluation model, which is used in the research of venture evaluation in BOT project. This model is a method of BOT project risk distinguish, evaluation, in which subjective and objective analysis are combined. |
