纳米TiO2光催化氧化降解愈创木酚的研究

摘    要:本研究以木素类模型物愈创木酚为目标化合物,考察自制的超细二氧化钛对愈创木酚光催化氧化作用和处理效果。试验发现,光催化剂的吸附性、光照时间、溶液的初始浓度、催化剂用量、pH值、外加氧化剂等因素均对愈创木酚降解有很大影响;自制的二氧化钛对木素类模型物愈创木酚有较好的去除率、降解彻底;该方法不仅将废水中有毒有害的有机物无毒害化,而且将大分子有机物逐步降解为无机小分子,在外加曝气的条件下,使其具有完全矿化的功能。

Abstract:With methyl catechnol as target compound, the photocatylysis of super-fine TiO2 photocatalyst made by the authors against methyl catechol was investigated. It was showed that adsorption performance of the photocatalyst, illumination time, initial concentration of the solution, catalyst dosage, pH value, additional oxidant etc, factors had obvious influence on degradation of methyl calechol; the methyl catechol could be removed better and more thoroughly by the self-made TiO2; the method not only enabled the toxic and harmful organics in the wastewater to be of non-poisoning, but degraded the macromolecular organics into inorganic small molecules; under the action of additional aeration, the catalyst possessed the trend of full mineralization.
