| Abstract: | The technology of thin-water irrigation and drawing water off within the fixed time on rice changed the traditional custom of long-term irrigation by flooding and improved effciently the ecological conditions of rice. The feather of this method is simple and easy to practise, and it can be grasped easily be peasants. The benefit of increasing production and saving water is re-markable with a little money. |
