摘    要:通过对水贝变电站地网开挖检查,发现地网腐蚀很严重,其原因主要是电化学腐蚀的作用,它与变电站地网的土壤结构和施工质量有关,并针对地网的电缆沟内接地带、接地引下线、水平地网的腐蚀原因进行了分析,提出了防止腐蚀的办法,如增大导体的截面积、改用铜材敷设、改善施工工艺、及时开挖检查等措施。

Abstract:Through the excavation and inspection of grounding net in Shuibei substation, it was found that the corrosion of grounding net was very serious. The main reason is electrical corrosion, which is related with soil structure of grounding net and construction quality. The corrosion reason of grounding net in cable channel, down lead of grounding and horizontal grounding net was analyzed. The measures to prevent the corrosion are put forward, such as increasing sectional area of conductor, adopting cooper material, improving construction technology, and excavating and inspecting grounding net in time.
