| Abstract: | Through the survey on the developmental process of collective supervision & control system under dynamic environment, this thesis generalizes the main techniques of collective supervision & control system under dynamic environment, including data collection, data transmission, basic group networks etc. The thesis emphasizes the analysis on the application level and system stability of collective supervi- sion & control under dynamic environment and the application actuality of alarming & filtration, dis- cusses about the developmental direction of collective supervision & control under dynamic environment on the aspects of port B, port A, data collection and scientific planning. |
