CCDZ50型转向架轴箱铸造工艺模拟

摘    要:按照传统的铸造工艺设计方法初步确定出轴箱的铸造工艺方案,然后利用铸造模拟软件ProCAST对轴箱的充型、凝固过程的流场和温度场进行了模拟。通过计算机模拟得到了优化的轴箱铸造工艺方案,消除了缩孔、缩松缺陷。

Abstract:On the basis of traditional casting technology, the casting process of the axle box was determined. The filling of axle box, and temperature fields and flow fields during solidification were simulated by using cast software ProCAST. The shrinkage and the porosity were eliminated, and the casting process of the axle box was optimized depending on computer simulation.
