数控机床低速爬行实验系统的验证

摘    要:介绍了以光栅尺作为检测元件的数控机床低速平稳性实验系统的组成、影响低速爬行的因素;并详细阐述了低速爬行理论及软件流程。通过实验对影响爬行的诸因素作了逐一验证,验证了该光栅测控系统的可行性。

Abstract:This paper firstly introduced an experiment system based on grating rule for NC system and some factors that influence stick slip in low speed, then put forward a software measurement and analyse method to set forth theory about stick slip in low speed . Finally this method was used to improve the factors that influence stick slip. So software measurement and analyse is feasible for engineering use.
