| 摘 要： | 由于绿色节能技术的运用使得绿色建筑的初期成本高于普通建筑,这成为了绿色建筑推广过程中的制约因素。所以有必要对节能技术的增量成本和效益进行分析。对绿色建筑中常用的节能技术,并基于费用效益理论对节能技术产生的各部分增量成本和效益进行分析,构建增量成本与效益模型。在此基础上对节能技术产生的增量效益进行量化处理,得出增量效益和增量成本回收期的计算公式。为人们能够合理选择绿色建筑节能技术提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Energy saving technology makes the high cost that becomes an obstacle to the development of green building. It is necessary to analyze incremental costs and benefits of energy saving. The energy saving technology is introduced, and the incremental costs and benefit are analyzed. Then a model of incremental costs-benefits of green building is built and the processing of energy saving's economic results are quantified. The results show that the formula of incremental benefits and period of incremental cost recovery. All these provide a theory basis for the energy saving technology's choice. |
