摘 要: | 在某锅炉房设计搭建了一套基于吸收式热泵的直接接触式烟气余热回收系统,回收1台29 MW锅炉的烟气余热系统。工程实测分析表明:测试期间,最终排烟温度基本稳定在20~30℃区间,平均回收烟气余热量为2.67 MW,吸收式热泵平均综合COP为1.62,供热效率平均提高11.54%。采用直接接触式烟气余热回收系统,大大提高了系统的能源利用效率。

Application and Analysis of Direct-Contact Flue-Gas Heat Recovery Project |

Abstract: | In a boiler room in Beijing,a direct-contact flue-gas heat recovery system based on absorption heat pump is designed and applied to recover flue-gas heat of a 29 MW boiler. Measurement analysis shows that the exhaust gas temperature can be reduced to 20~30 ℃, the average amount of heat recovery is 2.67 MW and the average COP of pump is 1.62. And the heating efficiency is increased by 11.54% on average. By using direct-contact flue-gas heat recovery, energy efficiency can be greatly improved. |
