摘    要:水性建筑涂料是建材领域的重要产品,耐洗刷性能是影响其功能性使用的关键技术指标。本文从内因和外因两方面介绍影响水性建筑涂料耐洗刷性能的主要因素,包括乳液聚合物结构、颜填料含量、成膜条件、制膜方式、基材表面、毛刷硬度等,并对比分析国内外主要的建筑涂料耐洗刷性能检测标准。

Abstract:Waterborne building coatings are important products in the field of building materials, and their scrub resistance is a key technical index affecting its functional use. This paper introduces the main factors affecting the scrub resistance of waterborne architectural coatings from both internal and external factors, including emulsion polymer structure, pigment and filler content, film-forming conditions, film-making methods, substrate surface, brush hardness, etc., and compares and analyzes the main test standards for scrub resistance of building coatings at home and abroad.
