乡村振兴背景下文旅小镇规划策略研究——以贵州丹寨小镇为例

在分析乡村振兴战略的基础上，结合贵州丹寨小镇规划实践，提出规划理念统筹项目全周期的重要性和必要性。首先，总体规划定位确定的发展方向和目标要符合当地社会经济文化的发展战略，为长期稳定的发展打好基础；其次，空间规划要汲取当地的空间基因打造具有传统地域风格和文化底蕴的城乡空间；再次，业态规划应把文化传承与复兴作为延续小镇活力的内生动力；最后，规划理念对招商运营决策的绝对主导，可为后续可持续发展及空间生长保驾护航。

Research on the Planning Strategy of CulturalTourism Town under the Background of RuralRevitalization—Taking Danzhai Town in Guizhouas an Example

On the basis of analyzing the rural revitalization strategy,combined with the planning practice of Danzhai Town in Guizhou,the importance and necessity of the planning concept throughout thewhole cycle of the project are proposed. First of all, the developmentdirection and goals determined by the overall planning positioningshould be in line with the development strategy of local socioeconomicculture and lay a good foundation for long-term and stabledevelopment. Secondly, spatial planning should draw on local spatialgenes to create urban and rural spaces with traditional regional stylesand cultural heritage. Third, business planning should take culturalinheritance and rejuvenation as the endogenous driving force tocontinue the vitality of the town. Finally, the absolute dominanceof the planning concept on the investment operation decisionescorts the subsequent sustainable development and space growth.
