摘    要:由于沥青质量良莠不齐,混兑调和沥青的现象时有发生。本文选取克炼沥青、塔河沥青及韩国SK沥青,按不同比例制备18种混兑沥青,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪采集混兑沥青的红外光谱图,结果表明,不同混兑沥青的红外光谱图差异较大,随着混兑比例的变化,其特征峰有明显变化,且线性相关性良好。采用气相模拟蒸馏测定混兑沥青的气相色谱图、沸程切割区间及初馏点温度,结果表明,混兑沥青与标准沥青谱图差异明显,随着混兑比例的不同,沸程切割区间及初馏点温度呈有规律变化。

Abstract:Due to the uneven quality of asphalt, the phenomenon of mixing and blending asphalt occurs from time to time. In this paper, 18 kinds of mixed asphalt are prepared by mixing Kelian asphalt, Tahe asphalt and SK asphalt according to different rations, and the infrared spectra of mixed asphalt are collected by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer. The results show that there are significant differences in the infrared spectra of mixed asphalt, and the characteristic peaks change with the mixing ratios, and the linear correlation is good. The gas chromatogram, boiling range cutting interval and initial distillation point temperature of mixed asphalt are determined by gas phase simulation distillation. The results show that there are significant differences in the spectra between mixed asphalt and standard sample, and the boiling range cutting interval and the initial distillation point temperature show regular change with the mixing ratios.
