摘    要:研究O3/H2O2联合作用对去除难降解制药废水COD、改善废水可生化性的效果,并考察pH值、臭氧用量、H2O2投加量等因子对预处理效果的影响。实验结果表明,pH值为11左右,臭氧用量为1 20g/L、H2O2投加量为20mmol时,废水COD去除率达到62%,BOD5/COD提高到0 36。如果用SBR进行二级处理,可使最终出水指标达到国家排放标准。

Abstract:A study is made of the effect of the combination of O_3 with H_2O_2 on the removal of COD from hardly degradable pharmaceutical wastewater for improvement of the biochemical attribute of the wastewater, and the influences of some factors, such as the pH value, ozone consumption, and dosage of H_2O_2 on the effect of wastewater pretreatment. The experimental results show that, when the pH value is about 11, the ozone consumption is 1.2g/L, and the dosage of H_2O_2 is 20mmol, the removal ratio of COD reaches 62%, and the ratio of BOD_5/COD rises to 0.36. It is also indicated that the indexes of final effluent can meet the national discharge standard after the secondary treatment by the SBR process.
