模糊综合评价法在医用耗材招标中的应用研究

目的针对现行医用耗材招标方法中评价指标单一、主观因素突出的问题探讨改进措施。方法严格执行招标流程,综合考虑定量指标和定性指标,合理确定评价指标及各指标权重,选择合适的隶属函数,建立模糊评价矩阵,应用模糊综合评价法进行科学评价。结果采用模糊综合评价法实际操作,评标效率大为提高,选出的供应商价格较低、性能较高、服务最好,符合院方要求,评价良好。结论应用模糊综合评价法进行医用耗材招标综合考虑各相关因素的作用,将定性指标定量化,减少主观因素,科学合理,高效实用,易于信息化。

Application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in bids of medical supplies

Objective To promote actual bid methods of medical supplies,which are subjective and only focus on price.Methods According to bid program,to count some relevant factors in,including qualitative and quantitative ones,and determine fuzzy sets and degree of membership,then establish fuzzy array,evaluate the suppliers scientifically.Results Supplier chosen by this method was good at price,technology and service,and bid time was saved evidently.Conclusion Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is suitable for bids of medical supplies.
