秀丽变电站1号主变压器雷害事故分析

摘    要:分析高明电力局110kV秀丽站1号主变压器跳闸事故的原因,复核了站内避雷针保护设施的保护范围,指出雷绕击变电站的可能性很大,且绕击点位于多针间保护的薄弱区域,站内母线氧化锌避雷器无法保护主变压器,为此,提出了在母线10m构架上增设避雷针、在主变压器变高侧加装氧化锌避雷器和主变压器10kV母线桥采用合成外套氧化锌避雷器等防雷保护改进措施。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the trip out fault of No.1 main transformer in 110 kV Xiuli Substation of Gaoming Power Bureau, and rechecks the lightning protection scope in the substation. It is concluded that the fault was probably caused by shielding failure at the vulnerable protection spot between lightning rods, and that the bus ZnO arresters could not protect the main transformer. Therefore, some suggestions for improving the lightning protection are presented, i e , to add lightning rods on the 10 m bus frame, install ZnO arrester on the HV side of the main transformer, and use synthetic insulation coated ZnO arresters for 10 kV bus bridge of the main transformer, etc.
