摘    要:本文研究了几种无机 有机复合粒子与聚氯乙烯共混复合材料力学性能的变化规律。结果表明 :SiO2 /HPMC PMMA(SiO2 经SDS预处理 )和HPMC g PMMA使材料力学性能下降 ,而SiO2 /HPMC PMMA(未经SDS处理 )、TiO2 /HPMC PMMA、ZnO/HPMC PMMA复合粒子使材料的力学性能有所提高。经柔性设计后的SiO2 /HPMC PBA/PMMA和ZnO/HPMC PBA/PMMA使材料的冲击强度提高的幅度更大。SEM提供的证据也表明 :ZnO复合粒子使材料出现较好的塑性变形 ;经柔性设计的SiO2 复合粒子比未经柔性设计的SiO2 复合粒子使材料的塑性变形也更加显著

Abstract:SiO 2、 TiO 2 and ZnO, the three kinds of inorganic particles were encapsulated with HPMC and grafted with PMMA or CO grafted with PBA/PMMA. Both the tensile and impact strength of PVC filled with complex particles were comprehensively and intensively studied. The results show that complex particles of SiO 2 pretreated with SDS weaken the mechanical properties of composite materials blended with PVC. Other complex particles improve the strength of materials. It is true that ZnO/HPMC PMMA and ZnO/HPMC PBA/PMMA improve the impact strength much higher than those are treated with HPMC g PMMA and in addition, the latter is weak in tension. Proofs given by SEM confirm the results.
