摘    要:某主楼桩基础在施工中遇到极为复杂的地质情况,导致按原有桩基础设计无法施工,因此修改部分桩基设计,后续施工又出现严重的质量事故导致工程长期停工。现对主楼上部结构进行重新设计,在无法进行现场静荷载试验的情况下,根据修改后的上部结构荷载分布、平面布局和已施工完成的桩基资料等条件,通过桩—土共同作用分析重新复核荷载中心与反力中心的位置关系,计算建筑物平均沉降值及差异沉降值,以及假定桩底沉渣6 cm厚条件下计算建筑物变形等,对主楼基础承载性能进行评价。计算结果表明,修改上部结构后的荷载中心与反力中心基本重合,桩基础上述各项计算指标符合现行规范要求。

Abstract:The pile foundation design of main building is revised when pile foundation construction meets with the complex geological condition,and some serious quality accident occurs in the latter construction and results in construction stand-down.Now,the superstructure is redesigned.As the field static loading test couldn't be done,on the basis of the revised load distribution,plane layout and the finished pile data,the paper checks the ubiety between the load action center and the contact pressure center,calculates the average settlement and the different settlement of the main building,calculates the building settlement presuming 6 cm sediment at the bottom of piles,and gives the evaluation to the main building foundation by the pile-soil interaction program.Calculation results show that the load action center is basically in accord with the contact pressure center and the pile foundation of the redesigned main building complies with current Code.
