摘    要:介绍了一种基于微型光纤光谱仪的微型生化分析系统 ,对其进行了标定和实验测试。实验中对Fe2 + 邻二氮菲溶液体系的吸收谱进行了测试 ,做出了相应的工作曲线。并将测试结果与国内的 72 2型分光光度计的实测结果进行了比较 ,实验结果表明该微型生化分析系统已达到实用化的要求 ,且具有实时全光谱 (35 0~ 80 0nm)分析、体积很小等优点 ,是一种理想的微型生化分析系统

Abstract:A micro bio chemical analysis system based on micro fiber spectrometer is introduced. Experiment was carried out to calibrate and test the analysis system. In the experiment, the absorption spectrum of Fe 2+ Ferroin solution bodies with different concentration was obtained. The working curve shows a fine linearity of the analysis system. We also compared the experiment results obtained from 722 spectrometer and those from our analysis system. It shows that our system can meet the requirement of practical use. It also has many advantages, such as real time whole spectrum analysis and small volume. It is an ideal instrument for bio chemical analysis.
