摘    要:介绍了用ICP-AES法同时测定钕铁硼合金中主量和杂质元素Nd、La、Ce、Sm、By、Gd、Co、Mn、Zr、B、Ga、Pr、Al和cu的方法.研究了基体和共存元素对分析元素的光谱干扰情况和基体效应的影响,采用基体匹配法克服基体效应影响,利用仪器软件建立数学模型消除基体和主量元素对分析元素的光谱干扰,精密度和准确度结果表明,本方法快速、准确,可以满足钕铁硼合金中主量和杂质元素的测定要求.

Abstract:The method was established for the simultaneous determination of Nd,La,Ce,Sm,Dy,Gd,Co,Mn, Zr,B,Ga,Pr,Al and Cu in Nd-Fe-B alloy by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission speetrometry(ICP- AES).The effect of matrix and coexist elements on the determination are studied.By the use of efficient mathemati- cal mode MSF(Multi-component Spectral Fitting) and matrix match,complex background and direct spectral over- laps interferences were effectively eliminated,the RSD are less than 6%.The method is rapid and ...
