摘    要:以苄胺和丙到甲酯为起始原料,合成OPC-21268的重要中间体1-苄基-4-哌啶酮,并对每步反应的工艺进行优化,确定了最佳反应条件,三步反应的总收率为74.5%,比文献值提高了14.5%,新工艺做法简单,成本降低,适于工业生产。

Abstract:Benzyl-4-piperidones, one of the important mid-body of OPC-21268, was synthesized from benzylamine and methyl acrylate. Process of every reaction was optimized, and the best condition of reaction was defined. The total yield of three reactions was 74.5%, which was 14.5% more than the yield reported in literature. The new process was fit to industry production for its easy method and low costs.
