| 摘 要： | 以苄胺和丙到甲酯为起始原料，合成OPC－21268的重要中间体1－苄基－4－哌啶酮，并对每步反应的工艺进行优化，确定了最佳反应条件，三步反应的总收率为74．5％，比文献值提高了14．5％，新工艺做法简单，成本降低，适于工业生产。

| Abstract: | Benzyl-4-piperidones, one of the important mid-body of OPC-21268, was synthesized from benzylamine and methyl acrylate. Process of every reaction was optimized, and the best condition of reaction was defined. The total yield of three reactions was 74.5%, which was 14.5% more than the yield reported in literature. The new process was fit to industry production for its easy method and low costs. |
