改性纤维球过滤技术在萨北油田深度污水处理站的应用

针对萨北油田进入高含水开发后期,油田深度污水处理难度日益加大的问题,引进改性纤维球滤料,通过试验,优化深度污水处理站的过滤组合,选用“一级石英砂单向过滤、二级改性纤维球过滤”工艺,使滤后水含油≤5.0mg/L、悬浮物含量≤5.0mg/L,并节省了投资,减少了占地面积。同时,对该工艺的进一步改进提出了建议。

Application of the Modified Fiber Filtering Technology for Sewage Advanced Treatment Station in Sabei Oilfield

To solve the problem of sewage advanced treatment in Sabei oilfield with high water cut in the late stage of development,the modified fiber filtering technology is introduced and the properties of the material pass the testing.The craft flow combines the first stage of quartz sand simplex filtering and the second stage of modified fiber filtering.The results show that the treated water containing no more than 5.0mg/L oil and suspended solid with the less investments and the covered area.At the same time,some advice to improve the craft flow is putted forward.
