塑料管壁厚超声测量的信号处理

摘    要:为了保证塑料管挤出的质量以及为自动控制挤出生产线提供数据,需要在线测量塑料管的壁厚。本文研究壁厚超声测量的信号处理方法,通过对回波信号时域和频谱的分析,并结合测量精度的要求,提出了处理电路应具有的性能指标及设计方法,并用实验数据进行了验证。

Abstract:In order to guarantee the quality of plastic pipes and provide data for automatic control of extruding process of the plastic pipes , it is necessary that the wall thick ness of plastic pipes is measured on-line. The paper studies the signal processing of the wall thickness by ultrasonic measurement. By means of the anal-ysis of the echo signais from time domain and frequency spectrum and considering the measurement procision,we put forward the properties that the signal process-ing circuits shoukl have and design of the circuits,which have been verified by ex-perimental data.
